Who is she? ...Who is me?
Who is Kelli Jordan? There are sooo many ways to answer that loaded question. In regards to acting, it is slightly easier to define myself.
My joy comes from making people happy. Yeah, it sounds sappy but it’s the truth I swear. Comedy is a way to touch the masses’ funny bone. The insanely goofy side of my personality loves comedy thus why I chose to develop my skills at the UCB Training Center in LA and the Actors' Comedy Studio.
On the other side of the coin, I love sharing stories and exposing emotional truths, so drama whets my whistle as well. I enjoy discovering what it mans to be human and becoming vulnerable in front of people. And that’s what ART is; ART is revealing yourself whether it be on canvas, stage, recording track, etc.
I often tend to be cast as the bohemian, hipster girl, which I think has a lot to do with my hair. Nevertheless, that’s an aspect of who I am as well as the fun-loving, goofy, girl next door (Hey, I can’t be put in a box).
When I was a child I always wanted to be an actor but the profession seemed so far-off and unattainable. Now that I have the opportunity to live my dream it’s truly a blessing.
